Requires minor change to support Link header with an unquoted rel=webmention value.

can you remove the <style> tag from the webmention.rocks posts? seems a little excessive for this.

I can clean up the html a lot, for the discovery stuff, it really only needs the <a> or <link>

OK I cut out every after the test description, much less overhead now.
