add h-card, h-entry #7

Per https://degruchy.org/blog/2020/08/20/the-indieweb-landscape/ point about microformats being necessary in practice to make webmentions work, adding h-entry and h-card explicitly right next to Webmention for easier discoverability.

h-feed isn't required for any of the other protocols, so it's ok to leave it on the building blocks page. similarly for rel=me (which could also use a more formal spec write-up separate from XFN 1.1, and RelMeAuth could also use a more formal spec write-up)
