When we upgrade MediaWiki, the updated Vector skin should solve the majority of responsive issues.
While there is good work going on to make Vector responsive, I think the results from MobileFrontend are much better looking and usable. We'll have to wait a while before Vector catches up.

we've updated the wiki to a newer version and now looks much better on mobile
Current layout looks very "desktop shrunk down" compared to wikipedia on mobile. The sidebar and header and footer need pinching to be legible/clickable, as do the event listings.
