ASCOM Alpaca agent - select devices to expose to Alpca. #404

As per user request (I personally also think it makes sense) I am putting this here: It would be good to be able to choose which devices to be exposed to Alpaca. I think it can be easily implemented with any of many switch property and all devices exposed by default. Just like we do with the drivers.
