Add support for Moravian C1×, C3 and C4 cameras

Updated library adds support for new CMOS cameras:

• C1×26000, C1×61000
• C3-26000, C3-61000
• C4-16000

New macOS library finally supports all CMOS cameras and is compatible with macOS 10.12+ running on Intel 64-bit processors and macOS 11.0+ running on Apple Silicon processors.

Note: The camera must have the specified firmware minor version or newer to work on macOS:

• C1, C1+ and C2 – x.11.0
• C1× and C3 – x.2.0
• C4 – x.5.0
