After speaking to @rumengb I have modified the aux_rpio drivers and have tested these drivers after compiling Indigo on both the ASIAIR PRO and ASIAIR Plus Rasberry Pi models using the 64bit Lite version of Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye) on both units. Everything is working as expected. I have not been able to test using IndigoSky OS to verify the boot/config.txt causes issues but I would assume it should be working properly.
