The MOVE operation may not be stopped.
- REASON1: The StarBook hangs up if too many settings requested.
  - => Added value validation before API calls.
- REASON2: API calls were blocking the bus.
  - => API calls changed to asynchronous.
Update MOUNT_EQUATORIAL_COORDINATES is very slow.
- REASON: The StarBook API takes 0.5s/req. (!?)
  - => Separate update process of position_timer.
Implemented MOUNT_UTC_TIME.
