[Plugin] Add support for multiple orchestrator locations, same IAM #100

Implement support different URLs for the orchestrator. The IAM instance must remain the same, therefore all orchestrators targeted by the plugin must use the same IAM instance. It is set during the A4C startup and it cannot be changed
