[Docker] Add A4C dependencies #145

A4C needs the following artifacts:

org.alien4cloud.elasticsearch-mapping
org.alien4cloud.elasticsearch-annotations

and the fastconnect.org has been shutdown. Add a new step that downloads and compiles these during the container building process.
