Hi

Apt repository for Ubuntu 22.10 does not exists

https://repo.data.kit.edu//ubuntu/22.10 returns 404

address taken from https://repo.data.kit.edu/

As a workaround probably https://repo.data.kit.edu//ubuntu/22.04 can be used in 22.10, but worth to fix

Ubuntu 22.10 reached the end of life in July 2023, which is why I've removed the repo: https://fridge.ubuntu.com/2023/07/27/ubuntu-22-10-kinetic-kudu-end-of-life-reached-on-july-20-2023/
