[ENHANCEMENT] Improvements to service table in the annex #77

Please elaborate here on the enhancement request. Improve/clarify the data displayed in the service table in the annex

Describe the solution you'd like

I would create a specific section under the annex for Tools & Services and appending there the content starting with the SQAaaS paragraph (4th paragraph on version pre-v4.0-rc2) and including here the table.
Add URLs for the services listed in the table
Remove reference to word "tools" (first column, caption, ..), leaving just "services".
