IAM URLs #558

Dear IAM development team, the IAM URLs shown don't reflect the page/selection that is shown. THis makes it cumbersome to share views/pages with colleagues. For instance if i make a client selection, the URL in the browser shows "https://cms-auth.web.cern.ch/dashboard#!/clients". Another user opening the page gets a "Welcome! This is the INDIGO Identity and Access Management (IAM) service." page instead, needs to click on "Managed Clients", needs to know the selection that was made, etc. If the URL could reflect this, so another person accessing it, get's the same page with selection, etc. that would be preferred.
