Feature Request: Option to disable annoying keybinds #15

Default to "enabled bindings", but there should be an option to disable the annoying keybinds like Ctrl-S and Ctrl-R which, while certainly of some use to someone, broadly interfere with other applications as well which depend on those keychords.
