I have my cameras working on my iPad. I installed them as instructed as an accessory. They are updated and show the stream. However when I open thr home app on my iPhone I see the cameras installed but they report an error and no response ( I get no image). When I go back and look at the iPad the camera feed is working. If I close the home app on my iPad the same thing still happens and I still cannot see the camera feeds.
Is this normal behavior to have the cameras only work on one device!
The fact that it works on one device and not another is not a HomeKit Bridge problem, that sounds like it is either an iOS issue you are having or your device may need reloaded.
