V5 removals #29

List of removal for the v5 of the library

MglGeolocationControl will be renamed to MglGeolocateControl
The language prop and logic will be removed
MglFrameRateControl will be removed
MglStyleSwitchControl will be removed

New features

~~Maplibre-gl.js 4 will be supported.~~ => will be on v6
