Add attribute

version="1.0"

to all the topic xmls that are created. This will be useful in future when we have multiple versions of parsers...

It's already there. Can you please check.

Not the version in the tag.. we need a version for our format e.g.

<question version="1" id="w1" type="label">

and

<topic version="1" id="c1_t1">
