Option to apply scrolling to an external mouse? #155

I really like the touchpad smooth scrolling enabled by this application, but 
will it be possible to extend the functionality to an external mouse with a 
notched scroll wheel?

I wish Windows offered more sophisticated scroll customization that had 
acceleration/deceleration and used pixels as steps instead of lines :(
