User guide does not explicitly specify that underscores have to be put for university names

In the app, the available universities are given by their names with spaces when I view the list.

However, for the create command, I need to add an underscore. As a user, I determined this by inferring. However, it would be clearer if it was explicitly stated in the User Guide that an underscore is needed to replace the spaces in university names

Reason for disagreement: As a user, this was very easily missed because it is a footnote at the help command. While reading the /create command, there is no mention of this as shown below.

In terms of natural usability, this does not cater to the user. Therefore I disagree, and this should be classified as a bug
