Feature request: enable notifications for all messages in a channel #103

I use bitlbee to connect to IM services through irc and would like to enable notifications for all messages sent to certain channels.

I don't have any Android experience but I can see about making a pull request if anyone else is interested.

yaaic has this, but I'm not sure I like its way of handling them.

I haven't used yaaic before but installed it and I'm looking through the interface and not seeing this behavior. Can you elaborate on how yaaic does it and how you dislike its method?
