Fix IndexOutOfBoundsException in the Message model #7

When connecting to my bouncer, Atomic sometimes crashes with an IndexOutOfBoundsException on setSpan (most notably when there are highlights involved).

I had not noticed this. This is left over from yaaic (I've only touched it for a short time).
