No notifications come up. #79

Android version: 4.4.4(Cyanogenmod 11)

Atomic Version: 1.19(r19)

When other guys mention me, I don't get notification in top left conrner.

Same here. Mentions not working.

This has to do with something related to how I'm summoning a notification. I have to move to NotificationCompat... Because ICS and above have state issues.
