Radical simplification of the wind tunnel scenario.

We removed several layers of abstractions that were not needed, and update to the new TemplateManager introduced with inductiva package v0.7.3.

@rcvalerio : after those small fixes related with yapf and pylint, and adding here the unit tests that we have, we should be good to merge to main. Feel free to do it. Thanks!
