Removed Yitzi patch mentions from #TECHHECK section. They are irrelevant to Thinker and cause buggy text to appear in new tech discovery windows while playing in smac mode.

Yeah thanks for noting these, although I already had committed the same stuff locally when I was redoing the documentation. The newest commit should include these same changes. Let me know if there's something else to be changed.
