[Bug] Strange ship built in landlocked base #9

Same savegame as in https://github.com/induktio/thinker/issues/8 If you look into the university bases (south), you'll notice one landlock base that builds a very strange probe-foil (with a weird picture). I noticed this in other faction's bases as well. Idk if there's some general corruption going on, e.g. in a mind worm vs former fight gunfight sounds are played instead of the typical PSI "siren".
