Nix packaging #56

Hey, would it be possible to create a Nix package for PyOxidizer? I'm not certain it's feasible for this project, but if possible I think the installation experience would greatly improve.

Unfortunately I'm not able to provide a PR (at least yet) due to my poor nix skills.

I think PyOxidizer might still be too young to package in other packaging repositories: development will move too fast. So I don't consider Nix packaging a high priority at this time. But if someone else wants to contribute/maintain a Nix package, go for it!
