Notifications error

When turning on notifications the only notification is "Receive notifications via SMS". I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue and I'm not sure how to fix it either.

Apparently notification (notification bar) links no longer work :)

What do you mean? After clicking a notification? I have my app just going to the notifications link.

After clicking notification main page is opened. Not the chosen post. Apparently post's URL is now not OK.
