Village fix #26

Added new waypoints to Village (Hunted map) to fix bots getting stuck & to make it more fun. Removed mp_compact_wp.csv from z_svr_bots.iwd to fix bots getting stuck on Salvage for people using mod folder. Added bot names to z_svr_bots.iwd.

the .iwd file is only updated when a release happens. it remains untouched until then

also, waypoints should be in .csv format and pull requests to be made at the waypoints repo https://github.com/ineedbots/iw4x_bot_warfare/blob/master/userraw/bw-assets/wpedit.md
