MW3 plutonium scr_xpscale not working #91

I have a local dedicated server running and bots do work and i rank rank up with them but the xp scale is not working even with dvars in server.cfg

Is there a way to fix the issue or a way to scale the xp giving per kill

I want my server to be high xp server
