twitch api deprecated, plugin broke #12

the twitch.py plugin broke because we rely on an old api which is no longer available as of february of this year.

apparently they warned about it for years but not many use the twitch plugin so i guess we never noticed.

i hastily looked at getting access to the new api but it needs a phone number for verifying a "twitch console" account. i'm not going to bother.
