need hosting #37

i was mantaining the bot and bloom was running it, but we left irc.

taigabot needs hosting. linux, 2 cores and ~700mb of ram are alright.

i'm actually not going to highlight anybody just to prove how nobody looks at the repo lol

<adrift> and bloom renewed hosting for another year so we're good on that
