Rustls update #52

Just to bump rustls to latest version to solve some dep version conflict I'm facing in my app (and added .vscode directory to the .gitignore)

I have a couple of unpublished changes in my local tree, so I'll rebase this PR on top of that and publish it all a bit later. I'm also not going to release 0.7.2 right away; please use the commit hash in your dependencies in the meantime.
