Update README with more info on JS setup #2

I set the gem up alongside a new Rails application and came across a few things that might be helpful in the README

Hi! This worked for me and I think that is a good addition to the readme, wiki or docs.

Hey gents! I've moved all the documentation from the individual adapter readme files to the new documentation website at https://inertiajs.com. It would be awesome if you could help contribute there, especially to do the Rails docs. 👌

Fair warning, it's a little challenging write docs for 5+ frameworks at a time. However, it can be done. 😀
