Missing this file names neurocombat_correct_fun_with_modmean #1

Hi I am reading your this paper，i think it is very significant.But, when i look at codes you unpload, I find that I can not find this file named 'neurocombat_correct_fun_with_modmean'. Can you unpload this file in your spare time? Thank you!

Hi, Thank you for pointing it out, I had changed the name of the function. Now go to folder [deconfounders_pyClasse] or directly to [neurocombat_pyClasse] and you will find inside combat_model folder the python function "neurocombat_modified_fun.py" and neurocombat_pyClasse or deconfounders_pyClasse should import neurocombat_modified_fun.py
