Update to inet 4.3.0 #54

This set of commits updates the inet4-porting branch to use inet 4.3.0 and be compatible with omnet 6.0pre10. It includes the changes by @aarizaq for inet 4.3.0 and the latest compatibility fixes for omnet 6.0 committed to the simulte master by @rhornig
