Hi,

Thanks for your interest and apologies for the delay. There has been some delay due to some deadlines during this period. On the positive note, this repository will now contain both PowerTCP and ABM, including several other CC and buffer management algorithms.

I started to update the README files. It should already be possible to compile and play around. Have a look at this folder and the repository's README for some quick examples. You can expect a release in a week or so.
