cookiecutter:download No module named 'cookiecutter.extensions' #187

With binary version of ddb, ddb download fails with the following message

[cookiecutter:download] An unexpected error has occured [phase:download => CookiecutterAction.execute()]: Unable to load extension: No module named 'cookiecutter.extensions'
