Remove 7.4.9 & 7.4.9.1 comments as those sections do not exist #142

Section 7.4 Operations on Iterator Objects goes to 7.4.8.1, there is no 7.4.9 section.

I'm not sure fixing the comments are really worth it. The numbering would be edition specific and there is not much of a point in tracking old versions. I plan to merge all of the ES files together at some point which will also reduce redundancy in the helpers, and then the comments can just track the later stable edition.
