Convert to Second Survey format (and rename)
Fix the metadata via lintsec
Bounce down population and tech for many worlds
Change the source of these sectors to be "General Turokan's Expedition to the Rim"
Remove huge empires and create smaller, regional polities in these sectors

Note: Not sure whether I should check in the project, but the name changes for the sectors might need to be reflect these changes.

The filenames should be "wildcards" now and so not care about the filenames in res/

Merged via the command line.

FYI since I squash merges and you're submitting PRs from your main instead of a branch our histories have diverged quite a bit. You should look into making a clean fork of my repo.
