Flatpak support

I want to look into creating a Flatpak for Inexor. Flatpaks are container-ized applications which promise to run on all Linux distributions (runtime required) without compatible problems between different lib versions, desktop environments (...) and distributions.

Very similar to Snap, but in my opinion much more promising, when it comes to long term success. Yes, I'm looking at you Canonical aka. "we do our own thing till we abandon it and adopt a more common solution from the broader Linux community".

There are a few Flatpak games already which seem to have no (noticeable?) performance issues.

A Flatpak could also solve our installation/update issues on Linux.

This is blocked by:

• no possibility to disable release manager in flex
  • this is required since Flatpak has it's own update mechanism and are sandboxed
