The first loading of a map is correct, subsequent loads have black textures though.

Probably some cache miss.

I was (yet) not able to reproduce this issue on my windows 8.1 64 bit machine with Nvidia 560 graphics.

More info from @terencode or @obstriegel about their setup would maybe be helpful.
