Adapt Simonoc #500

Hello!

During the Hackathon I was asked to reach out to the various contributors of Sauerbraten. The author of Techsoc/egyptsoc is Simonoc.

We should reach out to him (via email) and ask to change the licensing to our needs. Maybe we should also explain in our licensing wiki, why we do not accept no commercial.

What other texture pack do you mean? I can't see one named techsoc

every texture pack ending with soc is from simonoc. So yes: tech1soc is also by simonoc.

I also found: http://www.simonoc.com/pages/artwork/tp_industrial.htm Which has a readme attached: CC-BY-NC-SA (But it doesn't look exactly like tech1soc)

Same for medieval: http://www.simonoc.com/files/artwork/tp_medieval1_readme.txt and

And yes, only the egypt textures are licensed under GNU GPL: http://www.simonoc.com/files/artwork/tp_egyptian1_gpl-2.0.txt
