Fix release #509

Just the relevant bits of #455 for: renaming the exes and renaming the packages

This also means you won't merge your other pr for 0.9 anymore?

Depends on how soon I can get the last open bugs fixed (gamemode problems) But since Hanack is working on the UI for the releases, its pressing to get some GitHub releases which are valid for the new system.
