Hey fellas What do you think if we sign up Inexor for Google Summer of Code? This could be a really good choice to raise more attention to new contributors. https://developers.google.com/open-source/gsoc/

I guess I would be gladly participating to mentor our GSoC program. If someone want's to join alongside, that'd be very good as well!

Since this seems to have some support here I will

try to apply with our project as soon as GSoC 2018 opens
I will check back with you if/when we are accepted.

If we are accepted, then we should also

have some people to guide students through the onboarding of Inexor
make a little "catalogue" of ideas in different categories (easy-hard) and different technologies

I'm still unsure if we are a fitting project right NOW.

However, as a note the deadline is the 23 January.
