Improve supportability

In order to improve the supportability we should provide show version number in log files and the user interface:

• [ ] Extend the Inexor Tree with meta information about Inexor Flex itself
  • /flex
  • /version = 0.9.0-alpha
  • /createdAt = 2017-11-08T00:00:00Z
• [ ] Link the tree node /flex into each instance tree: /instances/{id}/flex
• [ ] Print the current version of Inexor Flex during startup of Inexor Flex
• [ ] Print the current version of Inexor Core during startup of Inexor Core
• [ ] Show the current version of Inexor Flex in ui-flex

I would also do the following

• provide a "system" or "info" tab which has
  • version
  • current log
  • "report" button

The report will generate a file or an archive containing the following information

• the OS
• the Node.js and npm version used
• the current log
• the package-lock.json
• a tree dump

This gives optimal insight into what's happening on a machine.

Cause we want to show the information in the user interfaces (ui-flex, ui-client-hud and/or ui-client-menu)
