Clean shutdown of Inexor Flex #527

Goal

Prevent Inexor Flex from exiting during ongoing tasks like

Cloning / updating media repositories
Cloning / updating interface repositories
Downloading a release

(even if we already have sort of repair functionality for git repositories)

Limitations

Doesn't work if the Inexor Flex process was terminated by SIGKILL

Implementation

[ ] Global refcounter for shutdown prevention
[ ] For each above: Increase the refcounter before starting the tasks
[ ] For each above: Decrease the refcounter before starting the task
[ ] Shutdown handler (server exit command, signals, ...) is blocking until the refcounter is zero
[ ] Show a message in the log if the shutdown is delayed
