fix(ci): CPack package has new name + location #545

Hopefully the final fix.

packages names changed without adjusting the variable
don't hide file move failure as this will make the file upload failing silently
- from outside of Docker we can only access files within /inexor
workaround for CPack file moving shouldn't be necessary anymore (hopefully)

I will at least wait for AppVeyor to finish the latest tag to see if the Windows side is finally succeeding before merging this.
