Switched the following packages:
our own Protobuf packages to the Bincrafters one
gtest from lasote to Bincrafters
This also does:
fix: not building gmock (completely unnecessary)
fix: use build policy outdated everywhere
it happens regulary that people run into already fixed issues, since build policy missing is not downloading updated Conan recipes when the recipe version string didn't change
remove old tool/install_flex_dependencies.sh and tool/node-windows_update_npm.bat files
cleanup tool/travis.sh: refactoring, old stuff removed, reduced required parameters from 17 to 8
macOS: cleanup travis file and compiler flags to make further progress, more packages are now successfully build for macOS
