Stepping down from Inexor #16

Open Fohlen opened 5 years ago

Fohlen commented 5 years ago

Fellow Inexor friends, the wider community, and whom else it may concern.

I am stepping down with my affiliation with the Inexor project. It's been 5 years with you! What a ride! What an amazing time. As they say: "all good things must come to an end.", and so must my commitment with the Inexor project.

In the last months my contributions to Inexor have been rarer than ever mainly because:

This decision didn't come light-heartedly for me. It is in no way personal.

I wish you all the best with the project and am delighted to see what Inexor may become in the future.

PS: I will need to migrate all the administrative privileges to someone. We should have a talk about that soon.

As already talked in private: It is unfortunate to see you go, but I wish you all the best for your future :)

As for the administrative stuff:

Which means we either A: Abandon the current team and create one account that takes care of everything (maybe a shared inexor account everyone has access to) or B: Keep the existing team with @Fohlen having still permissions (we trust you <3). Our team will continue to only have access to the inexor webpage and not the other websites you have in that team.

These are the members right now:

Since Nooby is also still part of the management team there, I'd go for option A.

@Fohlen can you please check, whether you can add and/or remove further people?

What other administrative things are open for you?

How is Twitter and other social media handled? @a-teammate

@MartinMuzatko I can still add / remove people.

However I'd say it would be better to have a dedicated Netlify because, mainly because the Inexor DNS is also handled via Netlify. This in term means, that for DNS changes to be made, I would be needed to reach out. It is not a problem per-se, but it sure complicates things for you.

The social media handles should be well in the hands of @IAmNotHanni
