docs: Keeping docs individual to package and collecting them on deployment #19

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Keeping docs at parent level does not make sense.

Describe the solution you'd like Keeping it individual to the package. And since docusaurus does not allow multiple locations to read docs, Collecting all the docs from packages on deployment.
