collecting docs from all the packages inside the packages/ directory and copying them into the main 'docs' directory for docusaurus to use them.
moved deploy-docs.sh to 'website/deployment' directory
added 'deploy:docs' to package.json scripts
updated documentation deployment script.

Fixes #19
